What do you remember?

Many of us don’t have clear memories of the past.

That can make us feel frustrated and stuck, unsure where to begin when it comes to healing.

We ask ourselves, "How can I heal from what I don't remember?"

Here's the truth: The belief that you need to remember can hold you back.

When you find yourself getting frustrated that you don't remember your past, try reminding yourself that your brain and body know how to protect you. Sometimes, we don’t remember because remembering would be too much.

This is what I believe: you don't need to remember your past to heal from it.

You don’t need to recall specific moments to know something happened. Those moments are present in your body and your being today, expressing themselves in your thoughts and emotions now.

Healing can happen gently + incrementally when you focus on what’s here now.

That's where all of my work meets you: Here. Now. Exactly where you are.

You don’t need to do anything to be ready. This work grows with you. It expands with your capacity. As one thing shifts, everything shifts. You become available for more.
