SELF CONNECTION
- Rosalee + Sarah The Plumb Collective
What we need most
is self connection.
It is the foundation for a fulfilling life.
It is how to find the answer
to any question you are asking.
Self connection
is the starting point.
Everything else ripples out
from there.
In the Plumb Collective,
we define self connection as:
noticing what you sense and feel.
Sounds simple, right?
It IS simple.
So simple a child can understand.
Yet most of us weren't taught to notice what we sense and feel.
Not as children, not as adults.
Instead, we were conditioned to ignore, override, push away, push through, minimize, even lie about what we sense and feel.
Now, even if we do notice something,
we talk ourselves out of it.
Dismiss it as meaningless.
Discard it immediately.
The concept also seems so simple many of us brush it off:
"I'm already connected to myself."
And maybe you are.
To some degree.
But there is always more.
We can always be more connected:
to ourselves
to what we want
to other people.
In The Plumb Collective, we believe that the more you notice what you sense and feel, the more you can tune into what you want.
The more you can tune into what you want, the more you can determine where to go.
Being connected to yourself is not some far off goal.
It's not a destination to reach.
Self connection
is a gentle, incremental, life-long practice.
that begins with curiosity and leads you to the center of what you want:
inner peace, inner safety, finding your purpose, building stronger relationships with other people, finding joy, whatever your soul is seeking.
It can start right here
right now
with Baby Steps.
We'll guide you onto the path.
We'll show you how simple it can be.
We'll show you that it doesn't have to be hard.
It can be light and fun.
It doesn't have to take a lot of time.
We'll start with just a few minutes a day.
It might feel like you're not doing anything.
But you are starting something.
Start here.
All you need is curiosity, a notebook, and the willingness to push play once a day for 7 days.
Each recording is less than 15 minutes.
You will make notes in your notebook but you don't have to worry about whether or not "journaling" is for you.
This isn't about writing.
This is about practicing.
Practicing tuning into yourself.
Practicing noticing what you sense and feel.
Practicing self connection.
This is the foundation.
This is where to start.
Everything ripples out from here.
Are you curious?
With love,
