Learn to Trust Yourself

This is between you and you. It builds your self trust. And it works.

Do you feel like no one really understands what you’re going through?

No one is really able to support you in a way that actually helps?

Have you ever found yourself repeating the phrase, “If my own ____ doesn’t understand me, doesn’t support me…how could anyone else ever understand me or support me?”

In that blank you can insert anyone who was meant to be your safe space but just wasn’t.

This is a phrase I've said myself, and a phrase that I've felt in other people when I’ve read their energy.

To help myself, and ultimately to help clients I work with, I needed to figure out a way to tell my stories to myself in a way that I didn't have to trust someone else with my emotions or my vulnerability.

I needed to find a way that was between me and me. I needed to build my own self trust. I needed to expand my own capacity to feel my feelings.

And I did it.

Initially, when I got the intuitive feeling that led me towards creating Plumb Practice, I kept  seeing a “best friends necklace” in my mind. But instead of “BFF” inside the heart, I saw “HFF” for Hard Feelings Friends.

Over time we have refined this into such an incredible experience. It's a weekly guided journaling experience.

It supports me and others so brilliantly.

You don't have to trust me, you don’t have to trust anyone else. You don't have to tell me anything.

This is between you and you. It builds your self trust.

And it works.

You feel supported, you feel loved, you feel held, and you feel safe.

Check out our FREE course, that gives you the experience, absolutely for free, so that you could get a taste of it and see if it feels good to you.

It's unlike anything that I think has ever existed.

Please, check it out. If you find it supportive, you can join our membership and make this a weekly practice in feeling your feelings and building your self trust.

With love,

Rosalee
