Still Point

This Series explores the concept of the Still Point within ourselves. The part of ourselves that is neutral. That is always okay.

What is Plumb Practice?

Plumb Practice is a way to connect with yourself. It's a gentle and incremental way to feel your feelings and practice using true words to tell yourself the truth of your experience.

Plumb Practice begins with a guided Sensory Experience and creates space for Self Expression. The session also provides an opportunity for Witnessing.

During the Sensory Experience, all you need to do is listen and be with whatever is present for you as you listen. Allow any thoughts, feelings, or sensations to come up in your mind and your body as you listen. If nothing comes up, that's okay too.

During the Self Expression part of the session, you catch whatever words are in your inner experience in this present moment. One tool that we use to express ourselves is writing. Writing the words down is a way to catch them. You can also verbal journal, where you speak the words aloud and catch them by recording yourself using your phone's camera or voice note feature.

During the Witnessing part of the session, you can see yourself from new perspectives and also experience Rosalee + Sarah's writing and conversation.

Plumb Practice is a series of three sessions

Each session creates a new layer of Self Expression. Between each session, you can rest and integrate. Plumb Practice is a gentle and incremental process.

Part 1: In the first session in the series, the Sensory Experience guides you into an imaginative space. Then, you write or verbal journal from that experience.

Part 2: In the second session in the series, the Sensory Experience centers you in the present moment. Then, you witness your Self Expression from Part 1, notice words or phrases that stand out to you, then write or verbal journal using one of the words or phrases that stood out to you as a prompt or starting point.

Part 3: The third session in the series is structured just like Part 2. You witness your Self Expression from Part 2, notice words or phrases that stand out to you, then write or verbal journal using one of the words or phrases that stood out to you as a prompt or starting point.
